Thursday at 9:15 am
Friday at 10:00 am & 5:00 pm
Sunday at 11:15 am
Monday & Thursday morning classes are online through Zoom.
Registration is now directly through me and fees are offered on a sliding scale.
Friday & Sunday classes are held in-person at The Iyengar Yoga Source
in Torrey Pines, San Diego.
